Payment and Billing
- Payment Terms: Payments for digital marketing services are typically billed monthly. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due at the end of each month or project phase, depending on the agreed terms.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current. Interest may be charged on overdue invoices.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
Client Responsibilities

- Content and Approvals: The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required content. Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may impact the project timeline.

Revisions and Changes
- Revisions: Our services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Additional revisions or significant changes to the scope of work may incur additional charges.

Performance and Results

Termination and Suspension
- Termination by Client: The client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the point of termination.
- Termination by MadCom Digital Agency: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if the client breaches these terms and conditions or if their actions compromise the security or integrity of our services.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: MadCom Digital Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold MadCom Digital Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
Changes to Terms
- Modification: MadCom Digital Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
